“Listen to your body when it whispers, so you won’t have to hear it scream. Prioritize your wellness before it demands your attention.”
Who I Am
My name is Warren Zachary Lewis. I’ve always lived an active, curious, and growth-focused life. I love staying active through fitness and spending time outdoors, especially in my garden. Traveling has also been one of my greatest passions — I’ve been fortunate to explore places like Australia, Argentina, Italy, Ireland, Bali, Indonesia, Thailand, and throughout the U.S. Each experience reminds me how much there is to learn, not just about the world, but about myself and the people I meet along the way.
What I Do
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and a former Nutritional Practitioner and Personal Trainer. My background in fitness and nutrition has enhanced my massage practice by deepening my understanding of the human body and how it responds to treatment. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working in a variety of settings — from high-end spas such as the Omni, to clinical environments like Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute — before establishing my own mobile massage practice.
Why I Do It
My passion for massage began at the age of 12, when a family member mentioned their shoulders were sore and stiff. Trusting my intuition, I started massaging them — focusing on what felt right and helped ease their tension. The sense of accomplishment I felt afterward sparked something in me, and I knew I wanted to keep learning.
Over the years, friends and family encouraged me to pursue that passion, and I eventually enrolled in massage school. I’ve always wanted to do something that genuinely helps people, and it brings me real joy to see the difference I can make — helping someone move, feel, and live better.
